I don’t know what it is, but each time after I go on long breaks, I get really ill and drained out.
Because my skin is so sensitive, I’m really limited in the way I go about my travelling and activities; late nights and alcohol needs to be controlled, clean bedsheets are a must and a decent mattress, and needing lots of sleep means I can’t drag on the hours I’m awake. Even packing all my necessary medication adds to the cognitive load.
Thinking through the whole process and putting things in the right place and planning for the right activities helps ease the burden - its a systems thing.
